We lend between $100,000 and $1,500,000, with an average loan size of $400,000. If your deal falls within that range and the equity is there, we want to hear from you.

Bridge loans are structured as interest-only, meaning you make monthly interest payments throughout the term and repay the principal in full at maturity.
We fund bridge loans ranging from $100,000 to $1.5 million, up to a maximum of 80% loan to value.
We offer bridge loan terms ranging from 2 months to 2 years.
